Our policies.

To help us provide the best possible service for you and all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow these simple guidelines — they ensure a smooth, respectful, and relaxing experience for everyone.

1.Booking

Schedule your appointment online via our website or by calling (408) 420-4438. We recommend the online booking system for your convenience and real-time availability.

2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • The card on file is not charged at booking — only after the service is completed or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

3.Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your service depending on availability.
  • The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged in either case.
  • No-shows without notification will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4.Service Warranty

We offer a 7-day warranty on all services, excluding regular (non-gel) manicures and pedicures. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us — we'll be happy to provide a complimentary fix.

5.Salon Policies

To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests:

  • Please do not bring pets or children under the age of 7 to your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. Full payment will still be required.

6.Appointment Notifications

You will receive automated reminders to help you keep track of your appointment:

  • Email reminder: 48 hours before
  • Text confirmation: 24 hours before
  • Final SMS reminder: 1 hour prior
